Jeremy and I are in shock at how little time we have left ALONE! We had a great Easter Sunday- breakfast and church with Peg & Cliff, and then spent the rest of the afternoon cozied up on the couch watching movies while it poured rain outside.
Our little Hazel, obviously feeling the end of her reign, decided to she needed some attention. After two days on a hunger/drinking strike, and two very expensive visits to the vet's office, we "discovered" a 3 inch rock which proudly landed itself in her intestine. She was pretty sick for a few days, but is now thankfully on the mend as we wait for the rock to "exit" her body :) Keep your fingers crossed that everything goes as planned, since a doggy surgery would be costly and invasive!
On a positive note, our nursery is almost done! I am looking forward to organzing, de-cluttering, and washing everything on my first week off work. We've set up the monitor, swing, room thermometer, white noise machine, etc. Our bedding, curtains, and decor is to be determined....once we find out of Baby King is a boy or girl....!
I meet with my Dr tomorrow for my 38 week appointment. Hopefully I will have an update. Last appt she told me to plan on a late April/early May baby. That seems VERY far away!
Have a great week!
