Happy Spring! We are loving these random spurts of warm weather up here. We also had a great trip to Scottsdale with the King/Larabee clan in March. Six cousins ages 6, 4, 2, 2, 1, and just turned 1! They all love each other!
We also are in escrow (FINALLY) and will begin an extensive remodel on 5/15...hoping to be moved in by June! It's a big 5 bd, 3ba place that is 1/2 trail walk to Peg & Cliffs, and that needs TONS (and I mean TONS) of updating :) Nonetheless, we are thrilled to finally get into our next home in time for summer.

What he's been up to:
He turned ONE! YAY!
WALKING! Or running more like it. Grady started walking at 11 mo. His first big jaunt was 32 steps. He just took off!
Getting sick :( He's had Hand Mouth Foot, two colds, and an ear infection since January. We are ready for the summer and sunshine to get this kid healthy!
Talking! Newest words-- Baaa (ball) , Baba (Boppy), EEE (Hazel), Iss (Scarlett), Nana (food), Mo (More)
Teething! Finally, the kid got his 4 top teeth...ALL AT ONCE....AT HIS BDAY PARTY. Needless to say, he's crying in almost all of his bday pics. Tally is now up to 6 teeth!
Listens to directions. This kid knows everything we are saying. He can follow all sorts of directions. And, when he doesn't want to listen or doesn't like what we are saying, he shakes his head "no" or runs away! haha.
Besides that, our mellow man is no longer mellow. He runs, climbs up and jumps off furniture, and is a master escape artist. We CHASE him all day long :)
